Purchased these units for my pond. They work extremely well. But when it comes time for customer service all they want to do is find someway to find fault with your installation to avoid helping you with parts. I’m a licensed plumber in the state of Massachusetts. Having to argue with their tech-support is similar with having a conversation with your dog. Truly a rewarding experience. I like the units and you shouldn’t judge them on some moron on the telephone with no license telling you how to be a plumber. I even sent detailed photographs of the installation.
