I have been using waist support belts for a variety of reasons for over 40 years. This belt design is great for anyone with lower back pain while sitting in front of a computer for a long time. It is 42 inches long and 6 inches wide lying flat on a table, however it stretches to 50 inches long as well. So even if you have a 44 or 48 inch waist, you should be good to go. It’s a Nice Belt for the money.SORRY FOLKS, I am reducing my original five star rating to one star. After using the product for about three weeks the Velcro no longer sticks to the belt. In my opinion, it is not worth ten bucks. I purchased another belt from a local store for fifteen dollars that will last me for several years.
