Bought autoclave in April, it stopped working in June. Was told there was a 1 year warranty on machine before purchasing. Contacted seller to get replacement/or refund or whatever when it stopped working. They asked me to send video proof over whatsapp. They have stopped replying to my messages after receiving video proof. Its been 2 months of sending messages asking for updates and they still have not replied.
