Awesome! I love my towel warmer! May have to remove one of the trays for your tools. But it’s awesome. Heats up quickly .So I got this 3 months ago and it’s already starting to crack, I’ve found myself having to try and turn it off mid day if I actually get a break, (which is rare). You need to realllly squeeze the towels out or by the end of the day they start smelling moldy. The size is perfect, looks nice, but ehhhh decent at the end of the day.I ordered this warmer, and it arrived promtply. This gets the towels good & hot, but not too hot. I like the larger capacity as there will be room for hot stones in addition to towels.Product is large enough for plenty of therapeutic towels and... although it’s not a hot stone warmer, I place my stones in it also. The stones get super hot so I place a towel on outside- top of the warmer to place the stones on in order to cool before using on client. It works really well.I read some not-so-favorable reviews on this towel warmer and was a little afraid to buy it, but I did anyway, because it was the right size for my space. I am so pleased with it. It heats up quickly, gets very hot, holds plenty of towels, and is easy to clean. I've had no problems with it. It was inexpensive and wasn't super heavy to move into my shop. I'm an esthetician and use this commercially, and so far, it has worked out great for me. Recommend.I'm a new manufacturer of the small hand towels called Oshibori in the Far East. I needed a couple units for an Expo show in Hawaii recently and ordered a couple of these. Each one held about 80, 10x10 moist hand towels and kept them at about 165 degrees throughout the day. I left them plugged in during the night with each unit full. Then I managed each one, so I would have a steady supply if nice warm towels. It worked flawlessly and instead of myself selling towel warmers, I will recommend they purchase from Amazon. oshiboritowels.comHeats up well and stays hot. The drip tray doesn't always catch all the water so be sure you ring out the towels well and don't put them too close to the edge. Not that I get puddles of water, but once in awhile I find some has escaped the perimeters of the tray, even though the tray is no where near full.I would have been fine with a smaller unit, now that I have been using this one for a few months.Takes forever to heat up and does not get hot enough. I also don't like that there is a separate switch for the ultraviolet that is located in the back of the cabinet! It should always be in the front. AND... the light goes off when you open the door, so if you accidentally leave it on, you won't know! How dumb is that?! This item is very overpriced for a product that is subpar at best. The only things I like about it are the size and the shelves inside.
