One of the 4 has a gray rope handle while the others have white so I’m hoping the exchange has a white handle.I am trying to get more organized and they worked great in my bedroom closetI love these bins. I got the navy striped bins. Very pretty for the beach house. The fabric is sturdy as well as the rope handles. My only complaint is that other bins I have purchased from a different vendor included support on the bottom of the bin. These don't. Bottom support would help with some of the complaints I have read about these bins.
