Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

✅1. Start by removing all accessories, such as the disk, rack, and package, from the sterilizing chamber. Take off the Machine bottom and also remove the Temperature protection switch cap.

✅2. Next, plug in the power cord and connect the steam discharge pipe securely to the No.6 steam outlet (push it all the way in).

✅3. Tighten the steam exhaust valve in a clockwise direction and add approximately 750ml of distilled water to the sterilize room.

✅4. Set the timer knob to the ℃121 position. Close the door cover and wait for the power light to turn on, indicating that the sterilization process has started.

✅5. Before proceeding, ensure safety by loosening the rotary steam release valve in the counterclockwise direction, allowing any steam and water to escape. Wait until the pressure gauge reads zero before continuing.
